At last I got round to making the
Chicken noodle broth having been shopping for some greens!!!
Of this soup Mr Slater says ".......bright and life-enhancing. It has vitality, warmth and it is economical and sustaining too."
Not sure about " life en-hancing " but it is certainly economical to make, filling and warming yet surprisingly light. We really enjoyed
this broth.
